Organization Setup

Your carbon footprint record starts with the activity you create — and Groundshift makes it easy to import your activities and calculate them for you.

How To Set Up Your Organization Profile

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Groundshift account Use your Groundshift credentials to access your account.

  2. Click on "Assests" In the left menu, under the Company section, select "Assests" to enter your organization site setting.

  3. Click on "Add new" > "Add Department" Select "Add Department" to set up your organization department for building setup and click on "Confirm add"

  4. Click on "Add Building" Enter building name and type, Office or Factory, you will be able to select department(s) you've added from "Add Department"

  5. Choose departments into "Building" Insert your setup departments into the created building

Note: Your building can be containing both office and factory, you are able to name a building. One for the office and another for factory.
